The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is finally here! Merry Christmas in July! Today at 12:30PM EST begins early access to those who are Nordstrom card holders. What I love about this sale is all the amazing brands that never go on sale except this exact moment each year. All new fall merchandise is completely released and at a major discount too. One of my favorite things stock up on for fall are some good sweaters and booties which I did the most research on and found some amazing ones for you girls! These are all brand new arrivals at a majorly discounted price, and after the sale, everything will go back up. I will be posting tons of try-on sessions and things I bought during the sale over the next few weeks.
Okay… So onto the good stuff! There are ton of items I am wanting like crazy. Unfortunately I can’t get everything (LOL!) But… There are a few things that are on my must have list including:
Madewell Ryder Stripe Cardigan
(This year’s version of the Madewell striped cardi. I never grabbed the one last year and regretted it. Making sure I grab this pretty little piece right away because of how scared I am that it will sell out ASAP. I’ve seen it being a most wanted item. How beautiful is that color combo?!)
(Last year’s version is still probably one of my most worn pieces still! This just looks so soft!)
(If you do not snag this ASAP you will regret it! I’ve seen this as one of the most wanted items this year, and believe it will sell out within a day! Crazy!)
Thread & Supply Wubbly Fleece Pullover
(This was so popular last year, and I’m 100% positive it will be even more popular this year! I can’t even imagine how warm this would be for those chilly, October nights, ahhh! Runs very oversized, so size down one.)
(I invested in a similar pair last year, but I can’t stop thinking about these! Love that stitch detail.)
(Freaking obsessed with those studs! I do not have a good pair of black booties)
Steven Madden Feather Studded Loafer
(This was available, and on sale last year and not sure why I didn’t buy it. Comes in 4 other colors. I think this color is so fun and great for fall! Perfect to wear to work too.)
(These are so cute! Love a good cozy shoe for those Fall/Winter days I just don’t feel fancy. I’m not getting these today, however, I did send them to my mother to get me for Christmas hehe)
(I literally have no sneakers… I have no idea where they went. I love the gorgeous purple toned gray. These are so cute and pretty.)

I also put together a list of my top picks in general for the sale as well. When I say “top pick”… These are items in my opinion are not only my favorite, but that are the most staple worthy item, or just a good deal in itself that that you’ll get the most use of, or even an item that just doesn’t ever go on sale. Most consist of things I am already purchasing. I truly do love each and every item on this collage I featured below, however of course I cannot get every single thing like I mentioned! But I do think they are some splurge worthy, and items that are worth it!
So here is what I’m loving most under each category:
Sweaters: What I love most about this sale is all the sweaters for Fall! I know it’s only July, but thinking about these cardigans, sweaters and being cozy give me all the pumpkin patch vibes. Here are few other favorites!
Shoes: There were so many good shoes this year! Last year I bought about 4 pair and this year is looking to be about the same. Vince Camuto is always my favorite brand included in the sale, and Steven Madden also had some amazing ones too! It was a tie between the two brands this year, LOL. Infact, I believe the shoes are SO good this year, I couldn’t pick a select few to showcase. It was going to be way too hard. Here is every single one I am loving and that I think is a steal!
Denim: Denim is always a good thing to stock up on. Jeans never go out of style, and good quality denim is always a must. There was a ton of Paige, AG, and some great Madewell jeans included in the sale I wanted to share.
Basics: Who doesn’t love a good basic and layering piece? Now is the time to stock up! One of my fave camis was included and some great simple staple pieces!
Jackets/outerwear: Another favorite category of mine to look through. I always love seaching for the perfect jacket to wear all throughout the Fall, Winter and some of Spring. A jacket is an amazing investment piece that you can never overspend on. In my opinion these are all great staple pieces that have been around for year, and will continue to be around for years. Man, I love that Free People Teddy.
Handbags: I’m not one to usually grab a handbag during the sale, however I always have to go through Tory Burch and Kate Spade bags just because they’re some of my fave bag designers included in the sale! Here are a few I am loving!
Accessories: Who doesn’t love to wear scarves in the Fall? They had a few cute scarves available in the sale, and I even found some affordable hats, and nice designer sunglasses!
